Tricryo Erie is an incredible facility with an equally incredible staff. From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your experience. Tricryo has become a regular part of my wellness routine. As a member, I come in twice a week and rotate through their treatments. The difference it’s made for my body and overall well-being is remarkable. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and always professional. I also enjoy sharing the experience by giving give cards to family and friends. An outstanding service all around.
I cannot say enough great things about Tricryo. From the moment you walk in the staff are super welcoming and they all greet you by your name. Additionally, every staff member is knowledgeable about the different therapies. I only recently started going to Tricryo, but I already notice a difference in just a few sessions. TriCryo is amazing in every way!! They are a business with heart & integrity. The staff is friendly, informative & always ready to help creating a very positive & happy atmosphere . The red light has helped with my pain and inflammation, including my very resistant bursitis. The compression boots are a life saver with my venous insufficiency, which had been causing pain and swelling, but is much better, especially when I’m consistent. Buyer beware! If you sign up for a membership they no longer allow members to pause their accounts so you will keep getting charged and will lose your money/credits if you cancel. It becomes a no win situation for the customer.
