Good sessions, comfortable and painless procedures.
Adding in cryotherapy, red light, compression, and sauna into my health routine has me feeling better as I age. I rotate my weekly routine but consistently do the cryotherapy. I always look forward to my sessions after work.

The cryo facial I had with Krissy was amazing! It was soothing and relaxing, and I saw fuller lips immediately, and less loose skin under my chin and neck which improved my profile. I asked Krissy to also focus beneath my eyes as I have terrible eye bags and one week later they are still much more diminished than before. My skin is soft and wrinkles are much less noticeable. Run, don’t walk to schedule an appointment!
