I really enjoy going to Tricryo and using all the therapies they offer. Cryotherapy has helped my pain and inflammation greatly, teamed with Red light, compression, and sauna, I feel better physically and mentally. The facility is always clean and all of the staff is so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend going!
I have MS and a number of other health issues and between those and having two children my physical function was low. I used to run half marathons but lately I couldn’t even skip with my kid. I found tricryo and did a series of whole body cryo sessions and within a week I was skipping and running (slowly, obviously) again. My constant pain, usually debilitating, was tolerable. Absolutely love my recovery at Tricryo of Erie! Some TLC for my legs with compression and Cryo for overall body recovery is just what I needed today after my morning workouts. Tricryo has been a game changer for me, highly recommend trying all their services. The staff is also amazing and so helpful!
Trycryo is one of the best things that has come to our area. It has helped me so much with utilizing the red light therapy for the past year. Truly an amazing place with a phenomenal staff as well.
