This office is HORRIBLE since switching to WVU. Had an appointment today with a NP who was awful. Told me one thing then when i said thats not what the ER said then changed it. Called to schedule after ER visit with a stone had to wait 2 weeks to get in. I have been there plenty of times had plenty of procedures for stones through them and never again will i step foot in that place. This place needs the state to come in an audit it and they need to get better staff.
This place is a joke,unbelievable long waits, disorganized. Blame pushers.if you care about your health don't go there.
It took 2 hour for a appointment that should have taken 30 minutes everyone was called but me
