Kevin was great to work with to help me get flooring that was discontinued to complete my flooring project. He followed through to get me what I needed at a reasonable and competitive price and was great and easy to work with. He helped me out by having the flooring moved from their Atwater store to their Modesto location which was 40 miles closer for me to pick up my materials. I had bought some floor from another company and my project was running behind because of back orders I bought in Feb.2025 but poor communication was an issue found Tricounty flooring Kenny was able to rescue my project and had everything delivered as promised within a week that was a plus for me very good customer service Quality was a lot better for the style of flooring and got extra for same price

I have recently worked with Tri County Flooring during the remodel of my new home. I want to say that they were great to work with and provided us with high quality flooring for a reasonable price. Cayle McCreary helped us find the flooring style we were looking for. He promised us a delivery date and he kept his word. Had a stress free experience working with Kayle getting our damaged hardwood flooring removed and the perfect flooring replacement. Kayle handled all the details including my insurance company. He worked with me to find exactly what I wanted and changes were handled without problems. I could not have asked for a smoother process. All his teams were professional and courteous in my home. I hope I don’t have to get new flooring again for a very long time but I highly recommend this company and employees for anyone who does.
