Excellent company!
ZACK JUFFE ORDERED MANY SERVICES FROM OUR COMPANY ONLY TO DEFAULT ON ALL THE PAYMENTS THAT WERE LEFT ON THEIR ACCOUNT! WE HAVE THEM NOW IN COLLECTIONS SINCE WE HAVE ALL ZACKS EMAILS SHOWING HIS ORDERS AND REQUESTS FOR SERVICES. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY SINCE THEY DON'T PAY THEIR BILLS SO THE HOMEOWNERS WILL BE STUCK PAYING! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY - PART OF GEMCRAFT THAT IS ALSO IN COLLECTIONS
If there was a lower rating, I would choose it. 3 years later and warranty issues have not been addressed. $4,000 more out of pocket to fix things I have in writing from TriCorner stating they would resolve. The entire neighborhood has outstanding warranty issues not being addressed, and no response to be had. Word of advice, don't take anyone's "word" at this company either. Get the lot plans, and don't pay a dime until the land is graded to plan.
I’ve done Work with Tri-Corner as a vendor and moved over a dozen of their clients, their customer service and attention to detail is unmatched, it’s rare to find an outfit of good folks that have all parties best interest at hand!
