Not a good place to rent from. With the bad weather we got the residents of the Parker road apartments can't get out because of ice. Tricor was called and asked when they were going to clean the parking lot and this place said we don't do that. I have never also they don't replace appliances. So why would anyone want to rent from a rental company like this. But yet they go up on rent. People do your research with these sorry rental places that only care about money and not the renters

Up to date renovations need to be upgraded if they expect the amount of rent they want , especially for the neighborhoods they're in
