Awful service. Had multiple instances of the agent not responding. Decided to cancel my policies, which also was difficult. I contacted TriCor multiple times, filled out the paperwork and my policy still renewed. It's impossible to call the insurance company for help, because TriCor wants all calls routed to them. It took hours to finally get my policy canceled, all along the way, the TriCor representative was rude and passive aggressive. I would not recommend this agency at all.
