Two really big issues happened. Todd missed the fact that the dryer hook up was not to code. So the dryer that was supposed to be installed today cannot be. This is huge and terribly inconvenient and will have a cost associated with it. Sloppy work by todd. Needles to say, an inspector should be thorough and competent. Stay tuned for how this gets resolved and possibly the second even bigger issue.
