Absolutely the worst company on earth. My father was renting from Tricon for nearly a year. He was late 2 times with the rent and they gouged him for excessive attorney's fees and even sent a WRIT OF POSSESSION after being two weeks late. He did pay all late fee's that were required. They have just started the process all over again just this month and its only the first week of the month. Absolutely terrible!

The Company does not care about its tenants. Repairs are subpar, rent after first year is increased by $504 by smuggling it in the fine print. Bully you into a longer lease. One day late fee is upward of $138- Horrible company.

Dreadful company they damaged neighbors property repeatedly and refuse to make repairs or negotiate with the injured party regarding repairs on the property. It's unfortunate that I cannot post pictures to show how they have damaged private property repeatedly to the point of driving tractors through property without permission and making ruts in a private yard.

I have been Tricon resident for almost 2 years and have only nice things to say. Customer service is top notch. Shout out to James for always coming thru with service. Always on time if not early, very polite and has helpful tips. Finishes job in a timely manner.

RENTER BEWARE 03/03/23 Day 4 Day 1)I reported a leak on 02/28/23 NO attention to leak led to the ceiling falling to the ground and leaking more that was day 1. Day 2) 03/01/23 AC person not the AC another Plummer came cut hole in another wall picked up and scraped and dirtied laminate floors along with soaking in water for 1 and 1 half day then picked up Fiberglass insulation with mold and sheet rock from the floor and left. My family and I recently moved in to a Tricon Residential house and we are ABSOLUTELY PLEASED! Thus far all of the employees are professional, courteous and go above and beyond! Sadly, this is not the "norm" these days. However, it certainly IS with Tricon Residential! One of the maintenance crew members (Curtis) was sent for a few minor repairs and was AMAZING! They don’t even deserve the one star you are forced to give. Dealing with them has been one of the worst experiences in my life! I’m certain they are using discrimination practices to make it harder for some and not for others. I submitted w2s as proof of income which they refused to take and wanted copies of all my bank statements which is super invasive and sounds more like a scam than a rental agency.
