By far, this has been the worst rental experience I have ever had and I’m just starting. Looking back, I should have taken the lack of communication after approval as a red flag. I was approved for the property and paid all required fees within the requested timeframe, but after that, communication virtually disappeared. Believe every negative review that you read about this company.!!! What type of property management company doesn’t have emergency after hours maintenance line??? I have been calling them since 10pm yesterday for a septic tank back up which has caused flooding. They send someone out the pump the tank but no one to correct the plumbing issue connected to it. We’ve had several maintenance issues in this house and it’s truly been a nightmare. Here we are 24 hours later and the issue still has not been resolved. Again, what type... read more
Terrible experience. I put in a maintenance order, it took almost 2 weeks for a response. The scheduled tech was a no-show, wasted an entire day of my time. I would not recommend Tricon to anyone.
Went to view a house with self tour, pay them money for the privilege. The door does not unlock. I call customer support, speak to an ai assistant, ask to speak to a human. Then I am transfered to another ai with fake call center noise in the background. Do you think I am an idiot? I ask that ai to transfer me to a human. I am out on hold indefinitely.
Joel Neff came out today to take care of a plumbing issue, and as always, he did an outstanding job. He has serviced my home a couple times for minor issues , and every experience has been excellent. Joel is professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure the job is done right. He is always courteous, easy to talk to, and clearly knows exactly what he's doing.
