The communication from this company is horrible. I wish we never leased from you. Numerous problems! From Tricon, I keep getting “that’s not my department” and “I’ll email the right person”. Nobody ever says “I’ll get this handled for you”. Numerous calls today amounting to hours on the phone. Why??? System is broken. If you can’t handle a managing properties, you shouldn’t be in property management. Cost me over $6,000 to break the lease… that hurt, but knowing I’ll never give them another dime is a good feeling
I rented with Tricon for 3 years and our Experience was Great. We loved our home and the only reason why we moved was because they put a street behind our home and we were unprotected. Corey Harris was there every step of the way fighting for us. We appreciate everything he did for us. You dont find to Many rental managers that would go above and beyond to make you feel safe in your home. He did just that. this is a awful rental company. when you have serious complaints, especially in HOA communities, you have no support. They do not communicate who your propertly manager is, you can never meet anyone officially in person when you have issues regarding your experience. Please do not rent from them or any other major company. it’s better to rent from an independent landlord.

This is a joke of a company. A perfect example of greed in America. Big corporation buying up thousands of single family homes across the country. Driving up home prices and rent. Then not standing behind their responsibilities as landlords. They do everything they can to place blame on the tenant. We are fortunate enough that we only have a few more months dealing with Tricon as we are building a house but I feel awful for those not in our situation. They are handcuffed.
