Tricon Group offers hands-on experience, but leadership issues make it a difficult place to work. GM Amanda Ochoa lacks industry knowledge, prioritizes image over operations, and frequently undermines staff. Constant management changes create instability. The person who said worst company ever... I would have agree. Most of the positive reviews on google are employees that were asked to post a good reviews. Thats not only part of that sad part. It does have the potential to be a good company but they would have to get rid of everybody and start over. Right now they have mostly incompetent people trying to run a company. From the GM down.
