First I want to say Nikita has been terrific! I’d give her 5 stars. BUT BEWARE of this community though. We moved in Tues July 1 and have had nothing but emergency maintenance issues. Including sewer and electrical issues. Not only was the house not clean, the fridge, stove and toilets did not work. This is a brand new build. When turning on the oven or dryer it caused the breaker to trip. We have insulation coming out of the vents. We can’t take a shower or bath because the toilets flood. This is a magical place and it’s all here. Berlina and Nicholas also took good care of me during the move in process. Customer service and professionalism were both a 10 out of 10!
