I made two appointments with this facility. I explained what I wanted to the person who answered the phone to schedule the first time but when I presented for the appointment, they informed me that they hadn’t allotted enough time for the service. Ok fine, fair enough. They rescheduled me to a week and a half later. This is a very professional beauty school that always does a great job on my hair. I have been going here for a long time and have had various stylists. They are very reasonably priced and helpful if you aren't sure about a color you want or any other service you are interested in. It does take a little longer than going to a beauty salon but, I find the wait is worth it.

I dye my hair non-natural colors which requires frequent maintanance. Tricoci helps keep my costs down and they do a great job. Last time Abby did my hair and she was great working with me to get what I wanted (mixing colors multiple times until it was a shade I loved) and explaining what was and was not possible. I had about 3 different layors of color and she patiently worked to bleach and fix it. I get a lot of compliments on my hair now and will certainly be back. Everything I love this school
Abby did a great job cutting long layers in my hair and touching up my undercut! She asked questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and was very sweet. The space was nice and I felt like I was in a "real" salon. It's a great deal, too, especially for your first visit (50% off!). I will definitely be back to try other services.
Ali Johnson did a great job on a highlight, lowlight and a cut. Wasn't really sure what I was wanting but she worked with me to give me some options. I have had pedicures and facials from her too. She is going to go far when she gets out on her own. ❤
Favorite place to get my hair done in the Champaign-Urbana area! I can be picky but I’ve never had a problem. Hannah and Lauren nail my hair every time! Highly recommend
