To be clear, you get what you pay for. I’ve been here several times and sometimes the results are good, and sometimes they’re bad. Last time I was here the girl did such a bad job cutting my hair I ended up having to chop off quite a bit of my hair to fix it. You just have to be ready to roll the dice.

I called Monday for a 10am appt today. I made sure to tell the girl I was friving 2 HOURS to make this appt and to call me if something happens. I walk in, the Salon manager or teacher whoever she was said the stylist I was scheduled to see was unavailable. I told her I found it extremely unprofessional that I was not made aware that my appt was going to be cancelled. She simply looked at me and said unfortunately there was nothing she could do. The Prices are GREAT & the students are very good at what they do
I really wish these people would quit saying walk ins are welcome if I can never get in for a walk in! I understand it’s a school and maybe I’d have a little bit of a wait, but when I walk in and tell you all I need is an eyebrow waxing (LITERALLY 5-10 MINUTES!) and you tell me you can’t accommodate a walk in for that today, you have a serious problem! Very professional instructors and students. They have quite a number of services, at a very reasonable price. Very trendy updated facilities. Would highly recommend.
