I'm renting units here for over 10 years, the area is so bad, and trico doesn't provide any security at all, it is located next to a homeless shelter which has alot of drug people. I had to break up a girl getting raped in front of my own business around 8 pm. I have had many security issues with the property over the years, and it's good that i'm finally leaving this dump.
