Our company has been working with Dave and the Trico Team for about 5 years now. We are very impressed with the quality of service they provide to our business. We love our location in westside costa mesa and anytime we have an issue (very rare) they are quick to respond and happy to help. All renewals have always gone smooth and are very reasonable with rent.

1301 S Beach Blvd property keeps getting broken into and vandalized but the property manager is completely unresponsive to the changing situation. Security is sent once a day to circle the parking lot and leave. Multiple businesses have been broken into with property stolen within the last couple months but no steps will be taken to protect the tenants’ place of business.

Five stars for Trico and Parker! We had an issue with the homeless storing their property behind the bushes at our office parking lot. The issue was resolved within the week and a barricade was put up to prevent it from happening again. I was VERY impressed with how quickly this was resolved.
