Sales team is really good but service warranty team is really really bad. They don’t even listen clients and does not fix anything.
I have done many transactions with Trico over the years, especially with the laned homes in Seton. The Area Manager has been very knowledgeable, transparent and extremely responsive in all aspects of our communication. Highly recommend Trico and their team.
