I have gone to the show home twice and told the sales team to ask their workers not to block our driveway while building the house next to us. We put a board not to park. We have asked them to leave a note for the workers not to block our driveway. Every single day our drive is blocked completely No way we can come out of the house. Sales team is really good but service warranty team is really really bad. They don’t even listen clients and does not fix anything.
I have done many transactions with Trico over the years, especially with the laned homes in Seton. The Area Manager has been very knowledgeable, transparent and extremely responsive in all aspects of our communication. Highly recommend Trico and their team.
