My experience with Trico has been nothing short of a nightmare. I am compelled to share my story to caution others from making the same mistake I did. We bought home in nov 2023 and had few follow up service from Trico which never happen. There are few minor concerns in house which we need them to fix and wrote so many emails and calls no answer from Trico .. then my husband gave bad review and Trico immediately sent someone to look after and still each and every thing is pending.. apart from that they are supposed to built parking pad, it’s in the deal .. they said in summer before July 31 Trico will do it and it’s Aug 8 no one has given us a date even and we can not buil... read more

Absolutely love Clint with Trico. True professional and always makes the process easy!!! Trico homes are trustworthy and built well.
