Ryan and Kelsey were awesome to work with! They always went above and beyond to help us when we needed.
Came in today with my friend who is looking for homes for her sister in Saskatchewan. Went into many show homes and hardly anyone even got out of their chair, but Ryan was amazing. He was very nice, asked the right questions and very welcoming. One of the best experiences I have had in terms of customer service. He is great!
Very poor customer service.. it’s almost a year now and we have so many problems with what we got and we tried contacting them through email and calls but no one is answering and helping. After selling house they won’t care about their customers at all.
Ryan is super courteous and respectful! My husband and I have met Ryan multiple times at a different show home. We had the opportunity to meet him again at Trico homes yesterday and he immediately greeted us and acknowledged that he met us before. My parents are considering moving to Calgary and we are currently shopping homes. I’m considering doing business with Trico solely because of Ryan! Tee.
Very poor customer service and workmanship. I would not recommend them at all.
