We chose Chelsea Court by Trico Homes because we felt the property really considered what buyers are looking for. We haven’t moved in yet, but we’re already excited to move into our new home next month. For us, some of the biggest factors were the solid construction, modern look, spacious layout for the price, good amount of storage, and covered parking, which is definitely a big plus with Canadian weather. Great place to stay if visiting Calgary, Alberta. A lot of shopping options near by. Costco Walmart, marks, Tim Horton, star bucks, etc etc. newly developed homes.
