I am very upset with the warranty services of Trico homes. I moved in my house less than a year ago and i am having issues with the fitting of my washing machine. I have been requesting Trico warranty from last 1 month since i had a bad leak from my washer. They are not trying to understand the situation and asking me to pay to have someone come and take a look at the fitting and explain the leak. I am wondering if someone from main management team of Trico can please help me with this situation.
Sorry for 2 stars but , please do not promote quality in your advertisements. My parents can literally feel that the brand new house i bought from you guys have cheap quality. Thanks
