The Sales team are very Bossy they are very good until you didn't sign the paper . After you sign the paper they are your boss. if you ask something they don't answer. There material is very cheap but they charge you very expensive. . The warranty team is very rude and and not supportive . They don't cover at all if you have a some issue. They will make you only argue with you .
Do not buy from them. The worse builders ever. Flooring is broken and have so much gap in between, tap faucets are losses and water drip from them before using them we have to tighten them each time, carpet is so cheap and the nails poke feet every time when we walk on it our kids got hurt so many time, all the door nobs are crooked, kitchen island is shakes while walking.in the 3 month walk through they have canned answers. Poorest Quality Ever
Our first and only time building with trico homes was in 2020/2021. We previously built 2 homes with Shane Homes and never experienced any problems. However with trico the only experience I really enjoyed was the initial building process. Once we took possession in 2021, we only experienced one problem after another. For starters there was no window built into the side of the house, which my under standing was that at least a couple of windows go onto the sides of the houses, however we only got windows in the front and back... read more
First time home buyer with Trico was excellent experience! Especially with Erica and David at Showhome Carrington was great! They are knowledgeable, patience and professional. Just one dissappointment on the possession date. - We were so excited to see the completed our first new house but on the possession date the shelve wire rack in the closet were not installed, the frame for microwave was not done, and the glass for shower was not installed.
