If you are looking at Trico Homes in Belmont, ask for Will Jorgenson! He is transparent, patient, and truly works for his clients. He helped us navigate a tricky lot, secured us a great price by working with his management, and allowed for custom options that other builders might have declined. We loved the regular updates via Virtuo and always knew exactly what stage our build was in. Thanks for making this a smooth process, Will!
