Will has been amazing to work with. Since the very beginning he has given all the answers we would require, be it silly or professional:p We did not have a realtor and still I could not imagine this being more of a smoother process. All our appointments were scheduled well in advance and there never seemed to be any hidden agendas. Everything was always open on table for us to see and observe and decide. We never felt any pressure while deciding on our home in Belmont. Thank you Will!
It’s a long process which is expected. Lots of décisions to be made. Having the lines of communication open is important. Our questions were answered promptly and within the promised or expected dates. The good thing too is Trico has multiple showhomes you can visit to compare or drag inspiration from. The staff at the design center also helped and provided good insights. Were still in the process to the complétion of the build. Hopefully all remains smooth and efficient. Thanks
