I had an amazing experience with Trico Homes! From start to finish, Sam Bibanco and May Vallo were incredible to work with, they truly know what they’re doing and made sure I was happy every step of the way. They went above and beyond to vouch for me when needed and ensured everything went smoothly. Desirae and Conner have been amazing in helping us choose a home. Jaime our construction manager also took a lot of time in explaining things during our mechanical walk through. We have been so pleased with Trico Homes and we look forward to seeing our finished home in the new year!!
We received a wonderful service from Sam and May as well as the design studio lady. I most say they are very polite, respectful and knowledgeable about the whole process of building. They are all so patient. Our house is looking so beautiful. stress free process
Our house is still in the process of being built. Our experience is great! I am more than satisfied with the workmanship and customer service so far.
