I had the absolute worst experience with Trico Homes. From the start, their customer service was awful—no one seemed to know what was going on, and I was passed around between different departments. The quality of the home they built was subpar at best. Day 1 of possession, and I am absolutely furious with this entire process. Trico Homes handed me a house that took an entire year to build, yet the gas range isn’t even functional—no ignition, nothing! How do you expect someone to take possession of a home with no working stove? This is beyond unacceptable. The rushed interior and exterior finishes only add to the frustration. I’ll be leaving more reviews, but for now, let me make it clear—this has been a deeply disappointing and infuriating experience!
I had a truly seamless and positive experience with Trico Homes. From the beginning, my Area Sales Manager, Felipe, was simply the best – knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. We purchased a quick possession home a couple months ago and received exceptional service from Kyle & Norbort! The communication was quick and detailed, it was a seamless purchase especially being such a significant purchase.
