Trico homes was great to deal with right from day one. Show home staff were professional and the follow up as great. Incentives given were fair and value for the home was good. The quality is excellent and warranty follow up and communication is good.
I recently bought a new home from Trico. And this review is for Matt, the sales manager I meet in Carrington. I have a pleasant experience dealing with Matt. Matt is so professional and he is so patience to answer all my questions and concerns. He also replies email promptly. It’s too early to comment on my new home yet, but I would say it’s definitely an A+++ service for what Matt has done. Thank you Matt!!
It’s my first experience with Trico Home. The build quality is solid and the materials are one of the best in the industry. The sale manager Matt was overwhelmingly responsible and knowledgeable. He organized all docs for us in a timely fashion and making us stress free for the already complex legal docs and the purchasing process. Matt always takes extra mile to explain the details and answering our questions. Thanks again Trico Home.
NOT AGAIN!! We went with tricohomes falling to their word trap like “we go beyond” and “certified B” blah blah..but in reality it’s not the case…the sales experience was Good.. but THE DESIGN CENTER WAS EXPERIENCE WAS RUSHED WITH NO CUSTOMER FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE…they replaced my flooring tile with a cheaper one saying original one was not available..when I highlighted the specs are not same as original ones, I had to argue to get a similar one and they finally provided one quoting “GENEROUS OFFER” ..not sure if Trico employee... read more
