They will give you a half cooked home and than you will need to send emails and call them to gets items completed. 3 months into closing, AC, grass and parking pad is not installed yet. They will give you the City approval bs always. The only nice part is at the sales office where they will picture a dream home and hide information that will deter you from purchasing the home from them. There are much more items to list , and will edit review if they are not addressed promptly.
Worse Builder. I will not recommend at all.
Kaylee and Casey from the sales team at Trico Homes are fantastic! They went above and beyond to guide me through the pre-construction process and made it so much easier. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommend them to anyone buying with Trico. However, be very careful with the Design Centre, especially with Alexandra Lesion. She showed me one thing but wrote something different in the paperwork. I recently bought a house from Trico, overall great experience through out the buying process. All staff were extremely knowledgeable and understanding. Good quality house and lots of options overall to chose from.
