Wade and Katrina have been fantastic to work with. I had a pretty bad week wrecking my car into another man, which was unfortunately my fault. They made the process as seamless as possible. While they are only responsible for repairing my vehicle, they also helped me get to a rent-a-car facility so I had something to drive, helped me communicate with my insurance whom I had never dealt with, loaded and unloaded my carseat for my one year old, and were so gracious when I had her in their office with other customers.
