Horrible. First visit was awesome and doctors were attentive. Thing is, medication did not work for me so i called to get it changed. They have not responded to back and fourth phone calls. Now its been more than 3 days without word from main manager. Calls go to voicemail and klara goes unanswered. I drove easily over 125 miles to get to that appt and now I have to deal with sleepless aching pain. I suffer from a rare ammune disorder. This is the worst place if you want timely care. They do not care about the patient poor customer service

I was referred to this organization by my specialist. My first visit was very nice with the personnel & the practitioner was professional. The visit was comprehensive and I rescheduled my next visit. Upon returning to Tricity the process was extremely efficient. They contacted me before the visit and allowed me to automate many options making it EASY for future treatment.
