Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience at this Mitsubishi service department. I had an appointment scheduled two weeks in advance for a recall and a warning light on my vehicle. Raj, the service advisor, told me the visit would take about two hours, but it ended up taking four hours. After waiting that long, Raj told me they completed the recall but did nothing about the warning light. I’m not happy what I got in service. They don’t know or they can’t remove the key icon that it’s appear on my car every time I open my car. My car is 4months old and it’s brand new. And I thought they fix it to remove the key icon light and engine light! They didn’t! And I paid 200$ for only diagnosed! Other issues acceptable because they show me the reason. Transaction and salesperson they are AWESOME!
