We leased to own a 2024 outlander. At only shy of 3000k a front collision sensor “stopped working” I called the dealership as I’d assume right away this is the under warranty (10 years) that they pride themselves on because it had literally been a matter of weeks since we got the car brand new - only to be told somebody must of “leaned on my car or hit it with a shopping cart” ?!?!? That it is not covered under warranty and they won’t fix it. “Oh just claim it thru ICBC and pay your deductible” they said to us. Wild to me. W... read more
