This place was NOT a mental health facility. It was a place to dump a lot of "troubled teens" when their parents couldn't handle their kids doing lame drugs all the time. Like another review said, it's like a jail. I admitted myself and asked to leave and they required a judge to come and just magically determine if I needed it or not just by looking at my sleeping body. Oh no, I'm sleeping in after a long night of mental trauma. I must need to sleep in these stupid beds for 6 days because I'm too mentally challenged to dete... read more

I was raped by one of the nurses here about three years ago. I was in there for less than two days and we had to get some woman to come in and take me out against medical advice because I was so drugged I could barely walk and I was miserable and neglected there. A nurse made me throw away my breakfast because I touched a sugar packet on my tray and apparently we aren't supposed to have those. (I have a blood disorder too, so not eating made me sick.) they would lie to my mother when she called (and I was sitting right there... read more

This hospital is ultra expensive. They billed $669 for 50ml of saline solution that is available online for $3! The total bill was over $12,000. I was there for less than 6 hours. They diagnosed me with Bronchitis.

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE place! Do not even take your dog there! Especially never let any member of your family have a baby there. Ob/gyns there will almost force you to have a c-section if the labor goes over 2 hours. Anesthesiologist we had almost killed my daughter with life-threatening placement of epidural, almost caused cardiac arrest. STAY AWAY!

My family is having to deal with Tucker's Pavillion presently. As a visitor to the facility, I am appalled by both conditions and the general state of the staff. With few exceptions, the staff reflects a lack of responsibility in dealing with patients on an individual level. True, this isn't a "snake pit" in the sense of the classic movie. With all of the modern conveniences, it appears to be more of an upholstered snake pit. Unfortunately, I am not able to give it my true rating (NO Stars) so I must give it a single star...... read more

Completely and utterly disappointed with this facility! I had an appt at 3:45 pm, wasn't called back until almost 5pm, with no apology or explanation from the doctor. He NEVER introduced himself to me, and once in his office, I had to wait 10 more minutes for him to fill out paperwork for the previous patient! He spent all of 10 minutes talking to me, and then basically told me there was nothing wrong with me, and that I'm fat. I was humiliated. I went in expecting to come out feeling better, but instead got in my car and cr... read more

I wish I could give no stars!! John Randolph is the worst hospital I've ever been to! The care is horrible and the doctors don't seem to really care about the patients!
