Personable and seems to very sincerely and genuinely care about you. Always pleasant and upbeat. However she's been late to all of our appointments (sometimes by up to fifteen minutes) and there's a nonchalant lack of communication and coordination that causes complications at times.
The appointment was fine. Ms. Rumble was helpful and I was able to get my medication in a timely manner. However, when I tried to get in contact with their office for my appointment after not receiving a link for my online appointment, I was not able to get in contact with their office. They later billed me for a "no show". I called and explained my situation and they said I still have to pay although it was a technical issue...
