The staff at LV Internal Medicine went above and beyond at every step of my visit. From scheduling my appointment over the phone to check-in, completing paperwork, and getting my pre-op testing done, the entire process was smooth and efficient. Check-out was just as seamless. Every team member was informative, welcoming, and had a great attitude—it was clear they genuinely care about their patients. I’m very happy with my experience and look forward to making this my primary care facility moving forward.

My primary care physician, Stephen Poertner, is a member of Valley Physicians Health Alliance. I was feeling ill on Mon. Mar 23 and the earliest appointment he had was in July!.(You read that right!) He pairs with Dr, Murphy's clinic and I was able to get an appointment for Mar. 24. I do not like that Dr. Poertner is in Henderson as I am, and the clinic is more than a half hour's drive away via congested freeway.
