I have been using a Goldwell stylist for 26 years. Recently moved to the area and found Tricia. Saw her a couple of times. I couldn’t explain to her exactly the high/low light technique or colors my past stylist used. I asked Tricia if I could have my past stylist call her to explain since I couldn’t. Tricia said of course. Well it obviously offended Tricia or she could not do that certain technique. Tricia canceled my appointment at the last moment and told me to go elsewhere.
