UPDATED 3/10/26 IN REFERENCE TO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY: I posted the text message they are referring to and I also have call recorded as proof. Reached out to them in order to get such records they say they have and none were provided. So now I will be reaching out to CFPB and OCR. Not only do they do fraudulent transactions on cards, based on their responses on multiple reviews here they also violate HIPPA laws. Took money off my card without authorization to do so. I am not even a patient with them. I called to have the issue resolved and was placed on hold. Waited on hold for 10 mins to be transferred to a voicemail out of nowhere. I left a voicemail because what else was I supposed to do at that point. Then I get text from them basically saying I hung up the phone. I have the entire call recorded, I did not hang up. If this is the way they handle business I would stay clear of them

I booked online and entered my credit card info. Had to agree to the cancelation policy. Took off work. Drove 30 minutes one way, arrived on time, just to find the door locked and no one answering the phones or online chat. They closed early and didn't even bother to reschedule their last appointment. Too many other clinics out there for me to accept this type of unprofessionalism.
