This goes out to transporter/driver Aalbert. He did Fantastic job picking up a very delicate patient from the hospital to rehab. He made extra sure that the patient was comfortable during transport. Upon delivery at the rehab he walked the patient in and was very pleasant. Once at the room he made sure to bring in all the patient's bags and belongings. Aalbert is very polite and competent.

Not my driver but showed up in front of my house, smoked a cigarette, peed in a cup, then emptied unto the street, then made a call, threw his cig butt onto the street.

Driver 252 took us home from a clinic on 05/14/2025 around 11:00 am. It was raining heavily. She would not go out of the vehicle and would not open the back door making it on board ready as other drivers normally do. Our nurse pushed my son out to make sure she see the child so she could be hurry but it didn't help and she kept my son waiting uncovered in the heavy rain. He got totally soaked in his wheelchair. TriCare took excellent care of my 103 year old great grandmother bringing her from location to location for her daughter's funeral proceedings. They arrived on time - we did book early in the morning incase there was any difficulty. The driver Tina was warm, compassionate and very good to her. She was exceptional. She was masked for coronavirus precautions and took great care to be cautious with my great grandmother. I was very impressed with their service. Great experience with Tri-Care! Had to arrange transport post surgery(which was delayed) at 9PM from Cooper to my home 25 min away with only a few hour notice, they were able to accommodate me. My driver was very nice and literally wheeled me out of recovery and downstairs, being able to walk fine I was able to get basic transportation for a reasonable rate. They work with private insurance(many companies only do Medicare/medicaid) and if my insurance won’t cover it, the rate was not bad at all. Highly recommend, and man... read more
