Our experience started well with the ease of paperwork and scheduling of the first assessment part of therapy. We were assigned a therapist " Social Worker " who stuck to very routine questions and then told me they would need to put together a report for the Director to approve next steps. I checked back 2 days later and told the reports been submitted, gave it another week before calling again and told still no response from office director. Apparently only have 1 counselor that isn't fully booked. Director was very unhelpful. Definitely not a good experience.

Not a bad office. Very respectful people but I would rather much come to therapy and talk about my issues, not sit there and listen to the therapist talk about herself the entire session, only allowing me a few words in, then proceed to cut our meetings short by 10 minutes most of the time and having me leave unsatisfied and pissed. I am quite disappointed considering I came to this office myself seeking guidance and now I am still in the same spot mentally before I went. Kind of discouraging to say the least.

I show up for couples therapy… filled out forms and everything correctly.. even spoke to someone via phone about it to confirm… show up, they don’t offer it and/or have resources… didn’t think to tell me? Also.. asked for payment before I even saw someone… wild..
