If I could give 0 stars I would. I went there to waste time. My appointment was at 10 in the morning. I got there at 9:58 a.m. I had to fill out forms, which I already did, but I couldn't send because their shitty system didn't work. I was there for 15 minutes and they told me that they can't see me because 15 minutes passed, to come back the next day. They will get pay, it's not like it's a free visit, I've never had this problem before, it's not like I got there 15 minutes late. Going to go elsewhere.
This is a mixed review . Jennifer was who I was seeing and she is the greatest. My issue is their policy with service animals. They aren't allowed because other patients might be allergic or phobic. And my choices were telehealth or her come to my home,which my insurance doesn't cover. You'd think an establishment such as this would know how invaluable medical devices are. Dunn location was a very pleasant experience for myself & kids! I’d NEVER refer anyone to the Fayetteville location especially after the phone call I received. They tried to make it seem like I canceled most appointments when some where canceled by my sons therapist and I only had a particular schedule I could work around due to personal issues/obligations.It’s ok for them to reschedule their appointments but not the client, the therapist my son had for a very short period of time didn’t seem too experienced w/ her professio... read more
