DO NOT BUY ANY GORILLA LADDERS... I CAME DOWN MINE 3 FEET OFF GROUND AND THE LEG COLLAPASED COMPLETLY. I FELL TO THE GROUND WITH NOTHING TO HOLD ONTO.THE CUST SVC REP. STEPHANIE REUGER WAS A JOKE.. ASKED NOTHING ABOUT MY CONDITION , HOW I WAS , ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THERE BOTTOM LINE . LAWSUIT IS COMING THERE WAY.. TO THINK A CUSTOMER CAN'T BE SAFE ON THIS TYPE LADDER IS UN EXCEPTABLE .
