At New providence, Chauncey in maintenance is great! Quickly fixed my issues and was happy to help with anything else. I apologize if I’m spelling his name wrong
They sold a property without giving new/future tenants a heads up, and to me that seems unprofessional since you wanna know the company you will be renting from especially one month into your contractional agreement. Now I have no idea how to switch my autopay over and I don’t want to be charged incorrectly especially since the new companies reviews are horrible stating they scam other tenants.
