I had a fantastic experience purchasing a home with Shea Homes. As Shea is known for, the build quality is exceptional and the attention to detail is evident throughout the house. Extremely Poor Planning & Communication at Shea Homes – Lyric Community As a new resident in the Lyric community, I’m honestly shocked at the level of poor planning and communication from Shea Homes. They decided to rip out almost half of the neighborhood’s walkways, sidewalks, and driveways the day before a major snowstorm.
