1 o 2 personas se quejan mire si su hijo tiene mucha fiebre y no pueden atenderle en la clínica llévelo a emergencias y no califique mal a los doctores por eso. hay personal que son un poco ruf que no tienen tacto son muy serias no muy amables pero ojo no todas ahora no hablen más de los doctores por que Gonzales es excelente pediatra es el de mi hijo y no lo cambio Galanis es excelente pediatra ellos son muy buenos 100000% en lo que hacen triboro el mejor centro pediátrico que tiene new york así que no empañen sus trabajos ... read more

Very disappointing experience with this pediatric service. They do not consider real-life situations with children, such as a baby crying or small delays on the way. Even a 10–15 minute delay is not accepted. There was no phone call or attempt to confirm if we were coming or running late. Instead, my appointment was cancelled without any notice, which is very unprofessional for a pediatric clinic. As a service for children, more understanding and communication is expected. Overall, very poor experience.

They charge $30 for a report that is usually free at most other pediatric clinics. When you go to pick up the report, they make you wait until the end of the day and only release it after all patients have been seen, usually around 5:30 PM. I had to wait almost three hours just to receive the report, which was extremely frustrating. I do not recommend this clinic. The staff are very rude and need to learn how to communicate respectfully with patients and customers. They become irritated very quickly if you ask questions or m... read more

Mala atención. Nunca disponible está disponible el doctor. Llegue unos minutos tarde porque en el area es muy difícil de parkear me dijeron q ok y cuando llego me dicen q ya no están disponible para atenderme. No tienen ganas de trabajar Y para colmo no ha internet en una urgencia nadie te puede contactar. Definitivamente una mala experiencia en este lugar. No lo recomiendo
