I called Trible's because our (very old) dryer needed a few screws. Very small repair, but the dryer can't be run without them. The associate asked if could come in to help them to identify the screws, since it's so old and the parts are not something they keep in stock. I went in with the two screws we needed more of, and they went way above and beyond to help me identify the parts I needed, even though they don't stock them and said my best bet would be to find them online. I've used Trible's a number of times, and each time they have been amazing to work with. They have a great selection of parts in stock and their prices are unbeatable. On my most transaction they even volunteered to stay open for a few extra minutes so I could pick up my part. Highly recommended!
I called in, and the person at the counter was utterly unhelpful. I explained what I was looking for, but I had to repeat myself several times. I even provided an exact model, but the employee returned with a completely different water heater. It was a complete waste of my time.
