Was going to purchase a juicer that was on “sale” for $149 went to checkout and in cart it was $209. Contacted support and all they could say was “completely understand your concern…no longer can honor the discounted price”. Fantastic customer service guys! Not sure how you understand.

If you place an order with Tribest, you are automatically out money. There is no way to cancel the order. If you call customer service to cancel they will refuse saying there is no way for them to cancel them fulfilling the order. All emails will be disregarded as they do not respond in a timely manner for this. They will just tell you to "refuse" the package when you get it. Kinda impossible if Fed-EX just leaves it on your doorstep. When you receive the package and ask for a return, they have to create a return claim. You ... read more

What a great product and aftercare service. I have the Sedona dehydrator, having borrowed my friends for over a year I finally found a second-hand one which unfortunately didn't work properly and even though it was over 10 years old the customer service was amazing and they arranged for a new circuit board shipped to me directly from Korea to Sweden within a month and my machine is now running as good as new, I am thrilled. The product a juicer was nice except that it was to small for my family. My complaint is the return process. It would be great to receive my refund, a return call or simply an individual to talk to. Customer service is terrible. Could I please be refunded my money since the product has been returned over a month ago.
