I’m very disappointed with my experience with the Tribest Backspin blender and the response I received when requesting warranty assistance. The issue is that the blender is not performing as advertised. Tribest promotes the Backspin as being able to make smooth nut butters without added oils and without needing a tamper. We purchased it specifically for that reason, and we do not add oils to our nut butters. I really wanted to like this blender, but unfortunately it hasn’t lived up to its claims. Initially, it performed well, but after only a few uses it started requiring three or four blending cycles to produce smooth nut butter. That means the machine gets extremely hot from the extra runtime. When I reached out to customer support, I expected them to stand behind their warranty. Total scam. I paid to have a blender sent back and they are showing it arrived as a tiny Amazon box with sunglasses that I’ve never seen in my life. Make it right and I will take down this review. The blender SMOKED when I used it, so I had to send it back.
