Total scam. I paid to have a blender sent back and they are showing it arrived as a tiny Amazon box with sunglasses that I’ve never seen in my life. Make it right and I will take down this review. The blender SMOKED when I used it, so I had to send it back.
Was going to purchase a juicer that was on “sale” for $149 went to checkout and in cart it was $209. Contacted support and all they could say was “completely understand your concern…no longer can honor the discounted price”. Fantastic customer service guys! Not sure how you understand.
If you place an order with Tribest, you are automatically out money. There is no way to cancel the order. If you call customer service to cancel they will refuse saying there is no way for them to cancel them fulfilling the order. All emails will be disregarded as they do not respond in a timely manner for this. They will just tell you to "refuse" the package when you get it. What a great product and aftercare service. I have the Sedona dehydrator, having borrowed my friends for over a year I finally found a second-hand one which unfortunately didn't work properly and even though it was over 10 years old the customer service was amazing and they arranged for a new circuit board shipped to me directly from Korea to Sweden within a month and my machine is now running as good as new, I am thrilled.
