If you place an order with Tribest, you are automatically out money. There is no way to cancel the order. If you call customer service to cancel they will refuse saying there is no way for them to cancel them fulfilling the order. All emails will be disregarded as they do not respond in a timely manner for this. They will just tell you to "refuse" the package when you get it. What a great product and aftercare service. I have the Sedona dehydrator, having borrowed my friends for over a year I finally found a second-hand one which unfortunately didn't work properly and even though it was over 10 years old the customer service was amazing and they arranged for a new circuit board shipped to me directly from Korea to Sweden within a month and my machine is now running as good as new, I am thrilled. The juicer sold here is the best.
The product a juicer was nice except that it was to small for my family. My complaint is the return process. It would be great to receive my refund, a return call or simply an individual to talk to. Customer service is terrible. Could I please be refunded my money since the product has been returned over a month ago.
I bought the new Tribest Shine Juicer XL which was a complete disappointment. I tried juicing fruits and vegetables and the pulp was extremely wet, even when mixing hard produce with more fibrous fruits to avoid clogging. I contacted Tribest in order to return the juicer due to the inefficiency, clogging, and poor juicing capabilities. I have had to strain the wet pulp after every juicing session and I have normally gotten 40-50% more juice from the wet pulp.
