Love Dr. Solomon! He makes going to the dentist enjoyable; and he even performed some magic tricks for me! The most fun I ever had at the dentist :)

I appreciate being contacted when there are cancellations and openings in the schedule- it gives me a chance to come in on a Friday afternoon when it can work with my job schedule. In my last appointment, I stopped by to pick up my KOR whitening trays. After watching the DVD and reading the pamphlet, I realized that the information given to me in office was insufficient. I didn't know I had to refrigerate the gels, something that is SUPER IMPORTANT to say to the patient as soon as they get their trays. I left them for 2 days in my drawer because of the lack of knowledge. I think that once people are handed their whitening trays, they should get the same info as on the DVD/pamphlet.
I had a 9am appointment and arrived at 8:55 The hygienist arrived after 9 and started my appt at 9:15. You always speak of valuing people's time, so please hold up to your side of the timing as my time is just as valuable as all of yours.
The facilty was great and service was amazing!
The staff and Dr Solomon are professional and I've always been treated with respect. I feel like family and it's a nice feeling. Dr Solomon is very thorough and will work with you no matter what the problem may be. I know I'm always in good hands and trust his expertise. I highly recommend Dr. Solomon and his staff.
