Just a slightly parents of a boy mom suggestion of an patient there . Personally even i want talk to my own doctor aside from my son doctor . Speak to nurse aid is great . Majority parents want to speak to doctor personally not just front desk or nurse practitioner. Do these people pick up the phone before 9 am?
My husband and I went to Tribeca Pediatrics for the first few months of our son's life. While the staff was amazing and nice, we did not like our interaction with Dr. Amy. We constantly complained to her about our son's skin at every appointment; that his skin was dry, red, peeling and getting worst (she saw it with her own eyes). She continued to ignore our concerns saying it was "normal" so we left and got a second opinion as his skin got worst. Really nice facility - doctor and medical staff were pleasant and professional. Front desk could use more training on professionalism and communication as front desk has huge impact on image of practice, client relationships, and retainment. Otherwise, good experience.
