We just moved to the city and had an excellent first “well visit” for our 11 year olds with Dr Noah. She was engaged, informative, and had impressive bedside manner. The entire practice runs smoothly with easy to book appointments through an online portal and helpful front desk and nursing staff. All in all, we had a very positive experience.
If you have options, find another pediatrician. This place is terrible; the service was awful, even discriminatory. I felt terrible. I'm never going back, and I'll speak with my insurance company because I felt discriminated against and ignored for speaking Spanish. If I could sue, I would because my son came in with a fever, and they didn't even bother to take his vital signs or let him in. I'm going to raise my voice until I reach the mayor so he sees these places that don't provide good service.
We recently were in for a visit about some concerns we are having with our son (and wanting to have some lab work done) and were completely dismissed by Dr Lyons. For years I have waffled on whether or not we should switch providers and perhaps it is time. Dismissing parents here seems to be the norm, which is a shame.
If you have options, find another pediatrician. This place is terrible, the service was awful, even discriminatory. I felt terrible. Don't go because they look down on you and question you. If I return, I will never go back to this awful place. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I was disappointed with my experience during this visit. I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes, attempting to get assistance, but was not acknowledged. One nurse(the Asian nurse) walked past me without acknowledgment, and another eventually asked me to sit and wait. Throughout the interaction, I felt overlooked and not properly assisted. I hope the office can improve communication and attentiveness to patients in the future.
