As a former tenant of Tribeca the staff have been nothing but generous throughout the years I've lived there. I would love to live back there. They hold a clean and friendly community and everyone one is more then friendly. I highly recommend Tribeca North to everyone who is looking to rent from them.
Office and maintenance staff are very hard workers and always helpful.
It's so clean outside and in. The apartments are like homes on the inside. Great Security.. The staff is so wonderful and attentive to our every need. I Love it here!! The Leasing office have the best staff in greater Las Vegas. My AC went out, and they fixed it so fast, without hesitation. I Thank God for the staff here at Tribecca.

I just moved in to Tribeca North on 11/7/18 & I wanted to Thank Tara & Diamond for taking the time to explain the cost for moving in and making me feel so welcome, after relocating over 1800 miles! This property is top notch and everyone here is very friendly, the maint guy fixed 3 things for me without hessitation! I am happy to have picked Tribeca North and plan to stay for many years to come!
As far as apartments go the apartment is awesome. When I first moved in nice quiet good neighbors the community areas are beautifully designed and kept. However, in the last year my neighbors are far from quiet no matter the time of day, they're children are even worse screaming and yelling on the stairs, they leave trash bags outside their doors attracting bugs and ants, the kids leave trash from their snacks all up and down the stairs, the kids knock on my door and run or bark outside my door to get my dog to bark.
