Lord..where do I begin? Ghetto "luxury" at it's finest. There's no security on premises, security is non existent, "secured" parking has gates that have been broken since April, ridiculous towing, "undesirables" party in the garage and smoke in front of the building, cars vandalized and tires stolen are commonplace, homeowners have to abide by ridiculous rules of leaseholders (guests only permitted parking 1 week a month). Run far away. Do not move in. I didn't even list everything wrong with this property.
