Just left a tournament, the facility is extremely dirty. The bathrooms did not have soap, toilet paper and the garbage all over the floor. The garbage cans on the bathrooms were overflowing. I understand they are a very competitive club, but the facility is poorly managed One bathroom the lock did not work. The photo below is of the cleanest bathroom. Not suitable for competitions.
A great place for volleyball competitions and training.
Today I witnessed Coach Robbie being verbally abusive to his players. I would probably investigate this person being around youth female athletes, and not allow it to continue in the future. If there’s someone like this on your staff, then there’s probably a lot of people like this on your staff.
