I absolutely love Tribe. Great variety of classes. Finally a workout that I love and have seen great results! My favorite trainer is Amanda. She runs a Fight Club and Shred class. Super motivating.
TURN. THE. VOLUME. DOWN. There is absolutely NO reason whatsoever to run a sound system in a room of this size at this volume. It must have been well over 100 db, far higher than what any medical resource would consider safe levels. I’d rather be slightly out-of-shape with good hearing than flaunting abs of steel and deaf. It’s nice that you have a basket of earplugs but if you are at the point where such a thing is necessary maybe you are doing something wrong in the first place.
