I have been a member of Tribe Strength and Fitness since August 2022. I walked in not knowing what to expect. I’ve only ever worked out at gyms that have cardio machines and dumbbells. The concept of an organized class with an attentive coach was foreign to me. I had never even touched a barbell before TSF. As a result, I had never seen results in my fitness. I’ve been going to Tribe Strength for five months now (after 2-3 years of not exercising). I’m way stronger and fitter! The coaches are wonderful people, each bringing unique expertise to the tribe (you learn about CrossFit competitions, benchmark workouts, history of exercise movements, techniques, fitness theory, and so much more). Coach Kristian has really helped me grow and develop proper technique. I am new to lifting and he really cares about making sure I learn the right form and pushes me to try my best! Very motivating and I look forward to his classes.
What can I say TSF has grown to be my home away from home. My husband and I wanted to find more than just a gym as we’ve been there done that all across the bay for several years.
