I love Tribe Strength & Fitness for the variety of the exercise program that I encounter everyday. It is surprise package every day which keeps the excitement and reason to challenge yourself. Coaches help in improving my technique and help in improving in a natural way.
I highly recommend Coach Jane. She is an incredible instructor who brings so much energy and positivity to every session. She really takes the time to correct form and make sure everyone is keeping up. If you’re looking for a coach who is motivating and knowledgeable, Jane is the best! This gym is great for beginners as well as advanced members. Personalized workouts that can be modified to suit everyone’s needs. I have injuries that prevent me from going all out, the personal attention from the coaches helped me to still workout with modified movements without discouraging me or making me feel pressured. Coach Jane was great! As someone new and inexperienced, I really appreciated how helpful and supportive she was throughout the session. She took the time to talk with me and get to know a little more about my background and goals, which made me feel comfortable right away. Tribe Strength & Fitness has an incredible community. The class sizes are never overcrowded, which allows for a more personalized coaching experience. Everyone is welcoming and supportive; it truly feels like an Ohana. The workouts are also well balanced with a mix of barbell strength training and cardio, which keeps things fun, challenging, and well-rounded. It makes coming to the gym feel less intimidating and something you actually look forward to.
