Absolutely terrible management company. Extremely poor communication, little to no action taken on issues within my townhouse complex. Simple things like obtaining quotes, scheduling work, sending approvals for work that must be done, and even returning emails seem to be too difficult for our community manger Emad Hosseinzadeh. We are still waiting Emad (4 months now) for quotes on landscaping services. In my interactions with Tribe Mgmt, the staff that I've worked with have been very professional with relatively quick responsiveness, regardless of the circumstances. My most recent interation with Tribe (through Eric C.) was responded to quickly, accurately, and efficiently, without delay, or added difficulty. Having all those qualities together is not common in the industry. Other Tribe staff members have also be very responsive.
