Nicholson Landscaping has be working in cooridnation with Tribe Management for a number of years now. We find the staff to be hardworking and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. It can be challenging working with strata councils and Tribe Management is always patient and polite when working with them. We look forward to continuing or working relationship is helping to maintian and repair their properties.
Absolutely terrible management company. Extremely poor communication, little to no action taken on issues within my townhouse complex. Simple things like obtaining quotes, scheduling work, sending approvals for work that must be done, and even returning emails seem to be too difficult for our community manger Emad Hosseinzadeh. We are still waiting Emad (4 months now) for quotes on landscaping services. Pamela Zak, who is quite active at responding to reviews on this site, has not responded to my emails regarding the extreme... read more

In my interactions with Tribe Mgmt, the staff that I've worked with have been very professional with relatively quick responsiveness, regardless of the circumstances. My most recent interation with Tribe (through Eric C.) was responded to quickly, accurately, and efficiently, without delay, or added difficulty. Having all those qualities together is not common in the industry. Other Tribe staff members have also be very responsive.
