The most negligent and incompetent slumlords I've ever encountered. Guaranteed to turn any building into a dump, incapable of doing a single thing right, completely unreachable by phone. I lived in the same building for over 15 years and have seen many PMs and many issues, but I'm choosing to pay x3 as much rent rather than stay in a building they manage.
I live in a Tribe managed property and these guys are the real pros!
