So this is not a real southington company. I live in Meriden and I called for a lock to be replaced. This company is actually “Smart Choice Garage doors”. So a company truck shows up saying it’s a meriden truck a employee named “Jason” came and took a deposit and it went all down hill from there. He cancelled 3 times with no explanation followed by that he ignored us and had someone from his company “not a southington company” she claims they come out of Greenwich which is a lie because I got a invoice via emailed that state... read more

I called Tribe Garage Door Repair Southington because my garage door rollers came off the track. Your technician found it was due to a slight bend in the track. He repaired it within minutes and ensured it was properly lubricated.
